Inspired by a real family of five, The Platy Family characters bring everyday parenting, childhood adventures, and family life into a gentle animated world.
Mama
Mama is a GP who balances work, family life, schedules, responsibilities, and creative projects all at the same time. She somehow always knows what is about to happen next and keeps the entire household running through a combination of planning, intuition and mild panic.
She loves dancing, cooking, storytelling, and trying to make everyday feel warm and special.
Dad
Dad works in construction and ventilation and takes great pride in doing things properly. At work he is precise, organized, and focused – at home things are more flexible.
He loves gardening, sports, adventures, and spending time with the kids.
Brother
Brother is the sunny-hearted explorer of the family. Curious about everything, he loves cars, nature, bugs, plants, planets, and learning how things work.
Sister
Sister is the sparkly rainbow whirlwind of the family. She loves pink, glitter, dressing up, dancing, strawberries, and anything that feels magical.
Baby
Baby is the tiny chaos specialist of the family. Curious, determined, and surprisingly resourceful, she approaches every challenge as an opportunity to climb something she probably shouldn’t.
